Businesssolver canceled my cobra administered insurance for non payment after they were switched to the administer, and after I told them the previous company collected the payment, and they were trying to collect for a month already paid. Its been 3+ months with multiple calls, and their acknowledgment they screwed up, with me playing monkey in the middle with insurance provider and them to get this resolved, and my insurance current. They keep telling me to be patient, as it will take 3-5 days. That time passes, and then they tell me to wait as it is sent to the higher ups for 3-5 days. But, unfortunately they say there are no higher ups to talk to, and to just wait. The young lady I spoke to today told me this is just how life goes sometimes I couldnt believe it. I have never had such a hard time to get something fixed, that had been acknowledged to be not my, but their fault in my life. They told me to just spend my own money on the multiple prescriptions I take, and hopefully the insurance company will cover it later. I unfortunately cant cover a $500 dollar prescription at this point in my life, so all I can do is wait. Look me up business solver- bday 5/3/95. You guys are a joke.

My former employer and BusineSolvers are keeping their “a bit of unfortunate timing” position. It infuriates me their site says they have knowledgeable people; just a bunch of overworked kids taking calls from out of their apartments

After months of complaining about health reimbursement account being mishandled with phone calls and emails. They still pay double almost every month depleting your account which means your book keeping and budget are totally blown. You get paid for your health care premiums but your health reimbursement fund is empty.

Benefit Solver, who administers COBRA for Business Solvers, erroneously dropped my COBRA coverage without notice. I was Medicare eligible but NOT covered. Per the Social Security Agency, I can be on COBRA until covered. I have contacted them for months and finally in Dec they supposedly reinstated the coverage but Anthem states I am not covered. The kicker is that COBRA cannot be interrupted so now I am paying $2,800 back to Oct 1 coverage to have coverage this month, January. I still do not have it. I start Medicare next month. They tried to tell me that I cancelled my own coverage. In my entire career and adult life, I have never dealt with such incompetence, lack of care, and lack of communication. I do not think that they know what they are doing. I am filing a complaint with the insurance commission.

Today is May 2, 2022. I have called more than four times in the last 16 days. I left two messages with a live person. The phone options are crap. I have left two messages with sales. I sent an email last week for sales to call me. No response at all. How the *** can they be servicing Hertz? Or anybody for that matter. That is how I heard about them. I wanted to analyze their system. They can blow all of them away, but if the customer service is pure *** what good is it? Right! It is not good at all. I already work with the number, fully integrated system that can be free.

Preferred solution: My claim processed more quickly. Real customer service from people who like their job, aren't rude, no hanging up on me or leaving a chat because they can't or won't help me. I can go on....

User's recommendation: At least make believe you care, don't hang up on your customers, Tell us your names in chat you just say Agent so you can't be reported by name, if you say you can press 1 to do a survey why is there never a survey, don't be so afraid, we know you don't want to hear thousands of complaints. Don't say you will take 7 to 10 days to complete a claim and then you add another 5 business day to that so now you give yourself 15 days to complete a simple task. Why can't we talk to the people who actually process the claims instead of hiding yourselves. Why cananswer phones

Your suggestion of contacting Businesssolver is fruitless, contacting them is useless. And I have to go thru *** complaining everywhere possible and they still don't care.

They are not BBB accredited. And I left reviews about them as many other negative reviews like mine are on there too. All with the same horrible experiences. Nothing helps.

They will pay me but they will wait the full 15 days until the last hour to approve my refund.

They have always stated ot will take 7 to 10 business days to approve and just suddenly yesterday the 25th on my 10th day they put up a recording saying it will now take another 5 Business days to process claims. This is a very very poorly run company.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I followed up 3 additional times with customer service.

It was 3 errors on their end but never received an apology. Took 4 months to recieve my refund tho it's promised between 6-8 weeks..

You have to jump through hoops to get to a representative. Extremely long wait times, often 1-3 hours.

If you put your name on a list it often takes 4 hours. I tried calling right when they open (7am CST) and it was still over a 40 min wait.
They also don't follow up or refund your money. I was promised a 4-8 week refund window, but my case has been open for over 3 months for processing my refund.

It's not a small refund either, it's $600 for Cigna COBRA coverage that I didn't even use and took 3 weeks to activate, which means you paid one month of insurance without coverage because all the doctor, s offices I called don't take you unless you have immediate coverage. Was misled and still dealing with this.
